My Approach
I strongly believe in using solution focused and evidence-based approaches like ERP, CBT, I-CBT, ACT, SPACE and TF-CBT that have been empirically proven to work and provide relief.
I also am a huge advocate of using a collaborative approach with parents and families and use a child centered approach.
About me
I'm Andrea! I'm a proud mom of 3. I have a diverse background in mental health having worked for many years in adolescent inpatient treatment centers, as a special education school based therapist and as an Autism educator and county mental health respite provider.
